Depending on your fitness needs, I offer a number of services that may work best for you

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING
I get it, finding time to get to the gym can sometimes feel impossible. Or maybe you’re not comfortable going to a gym until you reach a fitness goal of yours. It is something I understand as a personal trainer, which is why I offer private personal training in a one-on-one environment.
All one-on-one personal training session are done in Vitasana’s private gym facility — and you will be the only one here. Not only will this help fit training sessions into your busy schedule, you’ll also be working in an environment you’re comfortable in.

GROUP FITNESS TRAINING
I’m experienced and happy to train groups of 3-5 people at a time in Vitasana’s private gym facility.
For group training sessions I will require time to meet with the group as a whole, and discuss benchmarks for the group to reach. Individual goals can be met through group training as well.

PERSONALIZED FITNESS PLANS
Whether you are working out with me regularly in personal training sessions or you are simply looking for a plan to keep you on track, I can work with you to create a personalized fitness plan. In order to completely customize your workout, I require a meeting to discuss your overall health and fitness goals.
On top of this and any other service, you gain a personal motivator and advocate for your fitness journey. Having someone to be accountable to in your fitness efforts is sometimes all the motivation you need. My goal is to help guide you to your fitness goals. While you work hard, I will be alongside you to encourage you.

PERSONALIZED NUTRITION PLANS
I can also provide personalized meal plans, and nutrition guides for you. This service can be provided in conjunction with personal training. In order to completely customize these plans for you, I require a meeting to discuss your overall health and what your goals are.
Any food intolerances, medical issues, allergies, or any other relevant information should be disclosed to me before these custom plans are created. This is to ensure you get the most successful plan possible to help you reach your goal.

FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY
I am fully certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), a new method of fast and effective manual therapy with long lasting impact. FST is a pain-free assisted stretch system that I use to assess and improve any restriction in your body to help you perform better, prevent injury, and reduce pain.
If you have chronic back or joint pain, have a regular training schedule that require quick recovery, are actively looking to increase athletic performance, or are rehabbing an injury, connect with me to learn how FST can help.

ATHLETIC TRAINING
For athletes looking to train to meet specific goals or increase their athleticism overall. This training can be for individuals or for teams. I will create specific workouts that can be done on a weekly basis, or as often as the sessions require. I can also provide customized workouts that can be integrated with your regular workout routine.
